M365 Adoption Campaign
As part of a strategic change initiative to boost digital tool adoption and productivity, I led the creation and rollout of the M365 Power Up series—a Slack-based microlearning campaign that made Microsoft 365 approachable, practical, and even fun.
Each month, we spotlighted a different tool, featuring real-world use cases, bite-sized tips, and tailored guidance that met employees where they were in the flow of their day.
