The Challenge
NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory leadership needed to align thousands of employees behind a fast-moving digital transformation. In addition to complex technical shifts and evolving cybersecurity priorities, the effort required a deep cultural mindset shift. Communications and change management had to do more that inform — they had to inspire.
