When key leadership roles shifted at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, more than 10,000 employees, contractors, and partners needed more than just an announcement—they needed a story that brought clarity, reassurance, and momentum. Partnering directly with JPL’s executive leaders, I crafted and delivered enterprise-wide communications that did more than share titles—they built trust.
